KREWE eyewear is built to last. A 100-point inspection system is used when assembling each pair; however, if a manufacturing defect arises within one year of ownership, we will replace the defective frames or lenses free of charge upon verification of the defect. Should accidental breakage or wear-and-tear damage occur, our lifetime warranty ensures the replacement of frames or lenses at a discounted rate- based on available inventory.
Please email all warranty claims, including pictures of the damage and original proof of purchase, to warranties@KREWE.com. Once pictures and proof of purchase are received, the KREWE team will reach out with next steps regarding your individual claim.
Any purchases of prescription lenses filled through our 809 Royal Street location are eligible for a one-year warranty on their lenses through the Hoya Vision Care warranty program. To request a prescription lens warranty please contact warranties@KREWE.com.
