Your eyes aren’t the only thing we have covered. Whenever you break or damage your first full price pair of KREWEs, our Second Chances program comes to the rescue with a shiny new replacement pair.

It’s a forever thing.

Second Chances does not have an expiration date. Should breakage or damage occur to your full price frames, we provide a brand new, complimentary replacement. Loss and theft are not covered. For more details, check out our FAQ page.

Need to make a claim?

To make a claim, email krewe@KREWE.com with proof of purchase (if not previously registered), an image of the damaged item, and your shipping address. Our team will get back to you within 1 business day. If you are located near a KREWE store, our in person teams are happy to provide same-day assistance with your replacement.

How It Works

When is it free?

Accidents happen — we get it. Any full price purchase from KREWE or an authorized retailer with proof of purchase qualifies for a replacement, free of charge! For real. For more details, check out our FAQ page.

When is it a paid replacement?

The Lifetime Warranty program kicks in if your replacement frames are damaged, or if you purchased at a discount less than 40%. In either of these cases, you're eligible to receive a new pair at a discounted rate. For more details, check out our FAQ page.

What if my frames don’t qualify for a replacement?

KREWE is happy to offer minor repairs and paid lens replacements. If you are not located near a KREWE store location (linked), please email krewe@KREWE.com with a photo of your damaged frames so our team can determine repair eligibility.

Registration

Purchased directly from KREWE?

You're automatically registered for Second Chances. To make a claim, email krewe@KREWE.com with an image of the damaged frames and your shipping address. Our team will be in touch within 1 business day.

Purchased from a KREWE retailer?

If you bought your frames from a third-party retailer, be sure to register your frames for Second Chances.

Received frames as a gift?

If the gift giver purchased directly through KREWE, please email krewe@KREWE.com with the name of the person who gifted the frames and we’ll happily get your order information to determine eligibility. If the frame was purchased through an authorized retailer, you’ll still need to track down the receipt and order information to register your frame or make a claim.

EXCLUSIONS

Does this cover lost, stolen, or discarded frames?

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost, stolen, or discarded frames.

Do I need a receipt to submit a claim?

Proof of purchase is required for all claims. If you did not purchase directly from KREWE, be sure to register the frames or have the receipt readily available.

Is my final sale purchase covered?

Any item purchased at a discount of 40% or more is not covered under Second Chances. This applies to purchases made directly through KREWE or a third party.

Does my sample sale purchase qualify?

All sample sale purchases are final sale and not covered under Second Chances.

Is my consignment purchase covered?
