SHIPPING + PAYMENT

All frames have a free 7-10 day shipping option. If you are looking to fast track your shipment, several expedited shipping options are available at checkout. For a single frame with domestic shipping, we offer 2-day shipping for $15, and overnight shipping for $30.


Orders placed with overnight, priority, or 2-day will ship the same day if received by 12:00 noon CST, while orders placed with free shipping ship in under 72 hours. Orders received on weekends or holidays begin shipping out on the next business day.


Note our free 10+ day international shipping option does not include detailed tracking information of shipping updates. If you would like expedited international shipping with these services, please select FedEx shipping option at checkout. In all cases, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and return expenses.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

In the event that you would like to return or exchange your new eyewear, please contact returns@krewe.com within ten days of receiving your order and hold on to the original packaging because we’ll ask for that too. Exchanges are based on product availability, and may incur additional charges based on price. Note that KREWE does not provide free returns on international orders - we are unable to provide labels for international returns/exchanges.


TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1. Email returns@KREWE.com with your name and order number.
2. A prepaid return label will then be sent to you via email.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
