WORRY-FREE RETURNS

Not your style? No problem. We offer free domestic returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Make sure your frames are in brand-new and unworn condition. Sample Sale frames are final sale and not eligible for exchange or refund.

RETURN + EXCHANGE TERMS

Blue light lenses, reader lenses, and custom vanity tints are custom cut just for you and are only eligible for exchange.Rx orders are not refundable.

Exchanges are based on product availability at the time your original order reaches our warehouse. Exchange values are based on the purchase price.

All international returns are subject to a return shipping fee. 

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

EU Customers have 14 days from time of delivery to exercise their Right of Withdrawal.

GIFTS WITH PURCHASE

We're delighted to offer occasional gifts with purchase. If you return your entire order, please include the gift with your return. For partial returns, the gift must also be returned if the items you're sending back make up more than 50% of your original order's value. If the qualifying gift isn't returned, KREWE reserves the right to charge a restocking fee equal to the gift's value. Questions about your eligibility to keep a gift with purchase? RESTOCKING FEES

A 2.5% restocking fee will be incurred for orders of 3 or more when all items are returned for a refund. Missing packaging items will be charged the following fees:

• Satchel or case box: $10
• Frame case: $55

SALE TERMS

Return qualifications vary depending upon discount.

• Full Price: Eligible for return/exchange and our full Second Chances—Free Replacements Warranty program.
• Under 10% off: Eligible for full return and our lifetime warranty program.
• 10 to 39% off: Eligible for exchange only and our lifetime warranty program.
• 40% or more: Not eligible for return, exchange, or our lifetime warranty program.

Any items purchased at a KREWE Sample Sale are considered FINAL SALE and do not qualify for our lifetime warranty program.
