Do you offer price adjustments?

Yes! KREWE will happily honor price adjustments on full-priced purchases made up to 30 days before the sale started. Price adjustments must be submitted in writing to krewe@KREWE.com with your order number. Only products purchased from a KREWE store or KREWE.com that are in-stock at the time of request are eligible.

Can I edit my order? What about my shipping address?

We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed. Edits can be sent to us via text at 504-273-0141 using the following format: “Order Edit: [include order number], [your email address], [order edit request].”

I placed two orders, can I combine them?

Due to high volume, we cannot combine orders.

When will my order ship?

Sale frame orders will leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Any Vanity Lens, Blue Light or Reader orders are custom cut just for you and will require 5 to 7 business days to process. Once shipped, all orders over $255 (including full price) will be sent via free 2-day shipping. Thank you for your patience!

Can I return or exchange my frames?

Great news! All Anniversary Sale frames are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery date and can be made through KREWE Returns. Please note, any exchanges will be made for the price paid on your sale frames. All vanity, blue light and reader lenses are exchange only.

Are my frames covered by Second Chances?

Purchased full price? Great! You’re eligible for our Second Chances First Free replacement program. Anniversary sale frames (purchased at a reduction of 20% off) are only eligible for our paid Lifetime Warranty program. Your replacement pair will be come at a standard fee. Eligible replacements can be done in store or by contacting krewe@KREWE.com.

Do I need to register my frames?

All frames purchased through a KREWE store or KREWE.com are already registered!

Can I get a gift receipt for my order?

We cannot issue gift receipts during our sale. Hang on to your order number if your giftee needs to swap out their frames.

Can I use a discount code during the sale?

Discount codes cannot be used on reduced price frames.

Can I use a gift card?

Yes, gift cards can be used on all purchases during our Anniversary Sale.

Can I use my FSA card?

Your FSA card can be used for frames that can be filled with your prescription. Under the product page, click on Lens Details and look for “Prescription Ready.”

What if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact krewe@KREWE.com with a photo of the damage or incorrect frame as well as your order number. We will be sure to rectify the situation as soon as possible.

What happens if my package doesn't arrive?

If your order has been marked as delivered but can’t be located, we ask that you please wait 2 to 3 business days once your package has been marked as delivered before reaching out. If your items still haven’t made it to you, please contact us ASAP so we can help.

How do the ST LOUIS frame families fit?

The ST. LOUIS are the original design and the smallest of the three styles. These fit a small to average face.

The STL II has a slightly oversized silhouette with an average to oversized look. These compliment most face shapes and sizes.

Our STL NYLON is the largest of the family and has a distinct seamless edge-to-edge lens that give these frames a sleek appearance. These offer an average to oversized look on any average size face shape.

The BEAU has a crisper look than the ST LOUIS and has a small to average look on an average size face shape.

BEAU NYLON features our infinity edge lens plus and average to oversized look.
