If you bought your frames from a third-party retailer, you have 60 days to register your frames in order for your frames to be eligible for Second Chances.
Make sure to hold on to your order number or receipt!
Second Chances is a part of our Lifetime Warranty. We stand by the high quality of our hand-crafted frames, which is why all frames purchased at full price or discounted up to 30% qualify for lifetime warranty. That means you’ll never have to pay full price to get your old frames fixed up.
After your first free claim through our Second Chances program, warranty requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We offer lens repairs starting at $45 and frame repairs starting at $88.* Check out our FAQ section for details.

Unfortunately, we cannot replace lost or stolen frames.
