When will my order ship?

Sale frame orders will leave our warehouse within 3 to 5 business days. Blue Light and Reader orders are custom cut just for you and may require a longer processing time. Once shipped, all orders over $255 (including full price) will be sent via free 3-day shipping. Orders under $255 receive $9.99 ground shipping. Don’t want to wait? Upgrade your shipping at checkout and we will prioritize shipping out your order. Thank you for your patience!

Can I edit my order? What about my shipping address?

We move pretty quickly, which means as soon as you place your order we’ve started processing. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request but it is not guaranteed. Edits can be sent to us via text (504.273.0141) within 30 minutes of placing your order using the following format: “Order Edit: [include order number], [provide your email address], [your order edit request].” Any request made outside the 30-minute window cannot be accommodated.

I placed two orders, can I combine them?

Due to high volume, we cannot combine orders during sale.

Do I get a case with my order?

All orders include a KREWE frame satchel that doubles as a lens cloth. Exchange-only frames (39% discount or lower) include a complimentary frame case. Snagged a final sale deal at 40% off or higher? No worries; you have the option to add on a case at the reduced price of $24.

Can I return or exchange my frames?

Eligible frames can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Return qualifications vary depending on discount:

  • Full Price: eligible for complimentary return or exchange and Second Chances
  • 20% of Less: eligible for complimentary return or exchange
  • 21% - 39%: eligible for store credit or exchange only. No refunds will be provided.
  • 40% or more: Final sale. Not eligible for returns, exchanges or store credit. Exchange and/or store credit values are based upon the actual price paid for your frames.

How long do I have to exchange my frames?

Returns and exchanges must be placed through KREWE Returns within 30 days of delivery. Only eligible frames will be accepted for exchange. Your exchange credit is based on the actual price paid for the frames.

Are my frames covered by Second Chances?

Purchased full price? Great! You’re eligible for our Second Chances First Free replacement program. Exchange-only frames (reduction of up to 39% off) are eligible for our paid lifetime replacement program. If you scored frames on final sale (reduction of 40% off or greater), these are not eligible for any KREWE Second Chances replacements - free or paid.

Do I need to register my frames if I bought them at sale?

All frames purchased through a KREWE store or KREWE.com are already registered!

Do you offer price adjustments?

Yes! KREWE will happily honor price adjustments on full-priced purchases made 30 days before the sale starts. Price adjustments must be submitted in writing to krewe@KREWE.com with your order number. Only products purchased from a KREWE store or KREWE.com that are in-stock at the time of request are eligible.

Can I get a gift receipt for my order?

We cannot issue gift receipts during sale. Hang on to your order number if your giftee needs to swap out their frames. Final Sale frames are not eligible for any frame exchanges.

Can I use a discount code during the sale?

Discount codes cannot be used on reduced price frames.

Can I use a gift card?

Yes, gift cards can be used on all purchases during sale.

Can I use my FSA card?

Your FSA card can be used for frames that can be filled with your prescription. Under the product page, click Details and look for “Prescription Ready.”
