Orders will be processed and shipped same-day if ordered before 11 A.M. CST, or the following day if ordered after 11 A.M. CST. Orders placed after 11 A.M. CST on Friday and through the weekend will be processed on the following Monday. If overnight shipping is selected at checkout before 3 p.m. CST, your frames will be shipped the same day. - For the holiday season, KREWE provides free priority shipping (3-5 business days) to any destination in the continental US. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional cost. Pricing for expedited shipping of a single frame is listed below:

International Shipping - KREWE now offers free 10+ day international shipping. Free international shipping does not include detailed tracking information or shipping updates. All free international shipments are shipped via USPS First Class Mail International, and are transferred to your country's postal service for delivery once the parcel leaves the United States. If you would like expedited shipping, including detailed tracking information, please select a FedEx shipping option at checkout, for an additional cost.
If you are concerned about the location of your free international shipment, please contact your country's national postal service, using the tracking number provided with your order. Once your parcel leaves the United States and is transferred to your country's postal service for delivery, KREWE has limited access to information regarding your shipment.
All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. International orders may be returned at the customer's expense using any method of his or her choice (we recommend a trackable and insured service).
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be pleased with your KREWE purchase. In the event that you would like to return or exchange your eyewear, contact KREWE within ten days of receiving your order.
Frames must be returned unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging, in order to receive a refund. Exchanges are based on product availability and may incur additional charges based on price.
To request a return:

3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
Note: All returns take 7-10 days to process once they arrive at KREWE HQ. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 14 days for your financial institution to process.
KREWE honors one-time price adjustments on full-priced items purchased within the ten-day returns window. Items purchased on sale, with a promotional code, or during any other promotional period are not eligible for a price adjustment.
SALE ITEMS AND OFFERS
Sale items purchased at a discount of greater than 20% are eligible for EXCHANGE ONLY. Sale items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are FINAL SALE. Offer cannot be applied to previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards and cannot be redeemed for cash or used in combination with any other offer. Terms of offer are subject to change without notice.
Customers wishing to return more than two frames will have their shipping costs deducted from the total refund amount. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
